Summary
The Director of Business Development plans, develops, coordinates, and supervises business development efforts at the Regional level for established and new target areas. Maintains a leadership presence within the industry by developing alliances with associations and ancillary businesses that lead to business opportunities. The Director of Business Development works with the clients to "close the deal".

Creates a Business Development Plan
Executes Business Development Plan by Pursuing Business Prospects Within Identified Markets
Directs and Oversees the Work of Staff Within the Business Development Department
Ensures a Safe Work Environment
Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 10 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge and understanding of concrete construction specializing in sales, marketing, and related construction business development processes
